How do I know what size to order?

Follow our detailed measuring guide to get accurate dimensions. Measure your window width and height, and choose inside or outside mount based on your preference. If you're unsure, book a free consultation with our team.

How long does it take to receive my shades?

Because these are custom shades, production takes 3-5 business days. Shipping from our factory takes 5-12 business days. Total time from order to arrival is typically 2-3 weeks.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of purchase for a full refund. After production begins, orders cannot be canceled, but modifications may be possible (contact us immediately).

Do you ship to my area?

We ship to all addresses in the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and remote locations may incur additional shipping fees.

Are these easy to install myself?

Yes! Our shades come with detailed instructions and require only basic tools (drill, level, pencil). Most customers install a shade in less than 10-15 minutes.

What tools do I need?

For the easiest installation, we recommend a power drill but even a simple screw driver may work depending on where you're installing. That's it! Other tools that may be helpful are a stepping stool/ladder (depending on the height of your window), level, measuring tape, and pencil. Don't have these tools? Check out Home Depot or your local hardware stores which often offer rentals for tools such as a ladder.

Do I need an electrician?

Nope! Our shades use rechargeable batteries—no hardwiring required. Just charge, mount, and go.

How do I connect shades to my smart home system?

Each shade pairs easily with Apple Home, Alexa, Google Assistant, or Samsung SmartThings devices with Matter-Over-Thread compatibility. Detailed pairing instructions are included with your order.

How long does the battery last?

On a full charge, batteries typically last 4-6+ months with regular daily use. Charging takes 3-5 hours via USB.

Are your shades really child-safe?

Absolutely. Our motorized shades are cordless and meet ANSI/WCMA child safety standards, eliminating strangulation hazards.

What if my shade stops working?

Check our troubleshooting guide first—most issues are easy fixes (battery charge, limit adjustments, remote pairing). If problems persist, contact our support team for assistance.

Can I control multiple shades with one remote?

Yes! Our multi-channel remotes can control up to 6 or 15 shades (depending on which remote you purchase) individually or as a group together.

What's the difference between room darkening and light-filtering fabric?

Room darkening fabric blocks 100% of light for total darkness, although it’s important to note that some light may pass by the edges where there is no fabric. Light-filtering allows soft, diffused natural light while maintaining privacy. Sunscreen fabric reduces glare and UV rays while preserving your view.

Will the shades protect my furniture from fading?

Yes. All our fabrics block harmful UV rays that cause furniture, floors, and artwork to fade over time.

Can I get custom colors?

We offer a curated selection of premium fabrics in popular colors and textures. Order free swatches to see them in your space. If there something special you can’t find, feel free to contact is directly and we will do our best to find a reasonable solution.

What's your return policy?

Because each shade is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns. However, if there's a manufacturing defect or incorrect size, we'll replace it at no cost. Check our web page outlining our Return Policy for more details.
